From the 9 to 13 th of september in the headquarters of the Palace of the Conventions of Havana , the congress of the UPAEP will be developed, that has the objective to realise the evaluation of the work unfolded by the Secretary of the Union in the mandate that culminates and to analyse: the Plan of Action for next period 2014-2017, the Agreements of Cooperation, the Plan of Regional Development for Latin America and the Region of the UPAEP, the Project on the Quality of the Postal Service, the System of Postal Charges and the Postal Financial Services, also all the proposals would be analyzed that modify the Regulations and the last Acts and this will be signed by plenipotentiary of the Member States when finalizing the Congress. During the event the election of Secretary General and the Advisor of the Union will become, who held their respective positions 1ro of January of the 2014. To participate in this important event, constitutes an opportunity to acquire knowledge, to interchange experiences and to consolidate the friendship between the Member States. Havana, capital of Cuba, honour in receiving the visitors worldwide and invite them to know and to enjoy its cultural wealth, and of the vitality of its people it always cheers and hospitable.
