• Timbres émis-Stamps'issues-Sellos emitidos:

•  La sobrecarga de RENTA POSTALES en los sellos de 1923 fue autorizado por decreto No 14 del 17 de marzo de 1927, siendo el nombre correcto un impuesto sobre libros enviados por Correo. La primera sobrecarga se hizo sobre el sello de 10c de 1923 en una cantidad de 10,000 timbres sobrecargados. Este impuesto tenía la finalidad de tasar los libros a razón de 10c por kilogramo o fracción lo cual debía reintegrarse en la oficina de Correos a través de éstos timbres especiales. Fueron sobrecargados 5 sellos diferentes. Estos quedaron derogados por decreto No. 1 del 21 de Enero de 1930.
•  The overprint “ Renta Postales” on the stamp of 1923 was authorized by decree n°14 of March 17, 1927, being the correct name of tax on books sent by Mail.The first overprint was done on the stamp 10c of 1923 in a quantity of 10,000 .  This tax is 10c by kilogram or fraction .5 different stamps were overprinted and were abrogated by decree n°1 of January 21th , 1930.
